My name is Tweeny Kau and I fell in love with letterpress while planning my wedding in 2005.  Tiny Wren Press was first a side project while I ran The Flower Lab, a floral design studio for weddings and events.  Before flowers and after marrying my high school sweetheart, I was a post-doctoral researcher at UCLA battling the freeways to learn the art and craft of letterpress at Otis College of Art and Design and Art Center College of Design.  A couple of years later, I quit science and started The Flower Lab, working from home for the first three years. When I moved The Flower Lab to its current location in downtown Santa Monica, I finally had the space to keep a letterpress.  Tiny Wren Press was born and I began to provide letterpress invitations to my interested clients.

Today Tiny Wren Press and The Flower Lab still operate out of the same studio space, but I have since passed The Flower Lab mantle on to Una Yeh.  If you are getting married, why not consider letterpress invitations from Tiny Wren Press and wedding flowers from The Flower Lab?
